I believe this idea is crucial to our overall well-being.

After trying out various extremes on my own wellness journey (especially in my diet), I discovered that the only way to achieve a sustainable healthy way of living is to approach wellness in a more balanced way.

My dedication to learning more about how to feel my best physically, mentally, and spiritually, led me to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I received my Health Coaching certificate.

A balanced way of eating and creating balance all around me has helped me feel grounded and happier in many ways.
